Mexican aragonite

Mexican aragonite is most known for its botryoidal (grape-like), stalactitic, or crystalline forms. The botryoidal specimens are often spherical clusters that look like a collection of tiny, rounded crystals packed together, which gives them a texture resembling a bunch of grapes. This shape is especially attractive when the crystals have a glossy, smooth surface.
