Moroccan aragonite

Moroccan aragonite is a stunning mineral that comes from Morocco, known for its striking appearance and unique crystal formations. Aragonite is a calcium carbonate mineral, and it’s a polymorph of calcite (meaning it shares the same chemical composition but has a different crystal structure).

In Morocco, aragonite is often found in distinct clusters of delicate, radiating crystals that can form in a variety of colors, ranging from white to pale pinks, oranges, and even deeper reds or browns.
